Everything you need to know before you begin.
No experience is necessary. Reiki Level 1 is designed for complete beginners. All that is required is an open heart and a genuine desire to heal. If you are drawn to this path, you are ready.
Traditionally, yes — Level 1 lays the foundation for everything that follows. However, if you have prior Reiki experience or feel strongly called to begin at Level 2–3, reach out and we can discuss what is right for you.
The course materials are self-paced so you can move through them in your own time. The attunement ceremony is conducted by Gayle — either in person or at a scheduled distance session — making it a deeply personal and sacred experience.
After Level 1, you are certified to practice Reiki on yourself and others. After Level 2–3, you are a certified Reiki Master with the knowledge and attunements to work professionally with clients and, at Level 3, to teach and pass attunements.
Energy is not limited by time or space — and neither is a Reiki attunement. A distance attunement is performed by Gayle at a scheduled time while you rest in a comfortable space. Students consistently report feeling the energy powerfully, often more deeply than in person. It is completely valid, effective, and sacred.
